These terms explain the rules that apply when you download or use Desk Legends.

Agreement
By downloading or using Desk Legends, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to your Mac App Store account.
License
Desk Legends grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law permits it.
Free access and purchases
The app may provide limited free access and offer optional subscriptions or a lifetime purchase. Available products, prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before purchase.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and may renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings before renewal. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides unlimited Desk Legends Pro access, including the Pro benefits presented at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available without interruption or on every hardware and software configuration.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Desk Legends is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desk Legends is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
